In special industries such as chemical engineering, healthcare, and new energy, the production environment often presents harsh conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosiveness. Standardized equipment is difficult to adapt to these conditions, and custom-made non-standard equipment has become the core means to meet special requirements, providing technical support for industry development.

In the lithium battery production field, the electrolyte filling process needs to be carried out in a dust-free, water-free, and inert gas environment. The non-standard filling equipment customized by a certain battery enterprise adopts a fully enclosed cavity design, integrates dew point control (≤ -40℃) and a nitrogen circulation system, and is combined with a high-precision metering pump (error ≤ 0.1%). This not only meets the strict environmental requirements but also achieves 2000 ppm level micro-filling. The yield rate is 12% higher than that of traditional equipment, helping the enterprise break through the bottleneck of high-capacity battery mass production.

The medical waste disposal industry has extremely high requirements for the corrosion resistance of equipment. A non-standard high-temperature sterilization equipment customized by an environmental protection enterprise uses 316L stainless steel as the inner liner, combined with a Teflon coating. It can withstand the long-term erosion of 134℃ high-temperature steam and disinfection agents, with a service life of 8 years (twice that of general equipment). At the same time, it realizes fully automatic feeding, sterilization, and crushing through an intelligent control system, avoiding the risk of infection from manual contact.

In the field of deep-sea exploration equipment, customized non-standard products are the norm. A deep-sea sampling device customized by a certain research institution had to withstand high pressure at a depth of 7,000 meters (approximately 70 MPa). The R&D team achieved this by designing a special sealing structure and using anti-pressure materials, ensuring that the equipment could still operate stably in extreme conditions and successfully collect deep-sea hydrothermal samples. The core value of non-standard equipment customization lies in breaking the application boundaries of standard equipment and paving the way for technological innovation in specialized industries.
